LUANNE M. PETERPAUL, was admitted to the bar of the State of New Jersey in
1983.  She is a member of the, New Jersey and U.S. District Court, District of
New Jersey, U.S. Court of Appeals, 3rd Circuit.  Education: Duquesne University,
B.A.; Seton Hall University School of Law School, J.D.  Recipient: 
Distinguished Service Award - Essex County Prosecutor's Office; Certificate of
Appreciation - Essex County Bar Association; General Practitioner of the Year
Award. Member:  American Bar Association; New Jersey State Bar Association;
Essex, Union & Monmouth County Bar Associations; Barrister C. Willard Heckel
Inns of Court; Association of Trial Lawyers of America; She has been selected
chair and participate in various sub-committees of the bar; former member of
District XII Ethics Committee. 

After receiving her Juris Doctor Ms. Peterpaul became a Judicial Clerk for The
Honorable Julius A. Feinberg in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Essex County,
located in Newark, New Jersey.  Following her clerkship, Ms. Peterpaul was sworn
in as an Assistant Prosecutor in the largest county in New Jersey, Essex
County.  She tried numerous criminal cases from theft to homicide.  She left the
Prosecutor’s Office to enter private practice.

Currently, Ms. Peterpaul specializes in all phases of labor and employment
