FRANK J. PETERPAUL. Mr. Peterpaul was admitted to the bar in 1957. He is a partner in the law firm of Peterpaul and Clark specializing in the representation of employers in labor relations matters, including advice and assistance to employers during union organizational campaigns; representation before the National Labor Relations Board in representation and unfair labor practice matters; negotiations for collective bargaining agreements; handling of grievances and arbitrations arising under collective bargaining agreements; representations in connection with the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination, Wage and Hour, Equal Employment Opportunity and other labor relations matters; representation of public employers in connection with union matters including representation before the Public Employment Relations Commission and the negotiation of collective negotiating agreements; representation of employers and employees in connection with wrongful termination matters.
Mr. Peterpaul was graduated from Seton Hall University and Seton Hall University School of Law and is a member and past president of Seton Hall School of Law Alumni Association; member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Essex County Bar Association, and American Bar Association; admitted for practice before the United States District Court of the District of New Jersey, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court; member of the Labor Law Section of the American Bar Association; Chairman of the Labor Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association, 1981-1983; member of the Board of Trustees of the Trial Attorneys of New Jersey, 1990-1992.
