ANTHONY J. PETERPAUL, was admitted to the New Jersey bar in 1985 and for practice before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He is a graduate of the Seton Hall University School of Law and obtained his bachelor of arts degree from Villanova University in 1982.
After receiving his Juris Doctorate, Mr. Peterpaul became associated with the firm of Yauch, Peterpaul, Clark and Vitolo. He specializes in the representation of management in all aspects of labor-management relations. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Labor and Employment Section, the New Jersey Bar Association, Labor and Employment and Real Property Probate and Trust Sections, and the Essex and Union County Bar Associations. Mr. Peterpaul has been a contributing editor to the Developing Labor Law, which is published and distributed by the Labor and Employment Section of the American Bar Association.
