The litigation section of Peterpaul, Clark & Corcoran handles all aspects of labor and employment matters, personal injury, negligence, products liability, construction, debt collection arbitrations, matters before administrative agencies and commercial litigation.  By working closely with each client to design litigation strategies, our litigation attorneys apply both extensive trial experience and a pragmatic approach to accomplishing the objectives of the client.

            The varied practice of the litigation department extends to representing employers in the defense of discrimination, harassment and wrongful termination claims as well as in connection with disputes concerning employment agreements, the arbitration of employee and other employment related disputes and matters involving wage and hour compliance. In addition, the firms also represents private individuals as plaintiffs in connection with personal injury claims and also represents leading insurance companies in connection with the defense of claims brought against their insureds, fraudulent claims and coverage disputes.
